We have a variety of products to enhance the trainability levels of a learner.

The ELSA is used as placement guide to determine which intervention would be the best for the particular learner.

If the candidates present at an ABET literacy level 1 to 3, they will enter into the particular ‘Hands-on English’ course indicated by ELSA results. Should they be comfortable at an NQF level 1 or 2, The ‘Brush Up Basics’ intervention aims to improve literacy levels to that of NQF 2/3.

For candidates comfortable at an NQF 3 literacy level, ‘Brush Up Functional’ will aim to improve literacy levels to NQF 3/4.  

Illiterate learners should be given the opportunity to attend a Literati intervention to teach the skills of reading and writing in their mother-tongue before entering the English

programmes.
