Kaleidoprax helps organisations make better workforce decisions through trusted assessment, meaningful learning and evidence-based insights.

You may use our website and Client Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • assessment methodologies;
  • learning programmes;
  • digital course content;
  • reports;
  • graphics and branding;
  • website content;
  • software and platform functionality;
  • trademarks and logos.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Kaleidoprax, except where expressly permitted by law or under a written agreement.

Assessment Results

Assessment reports and learning information are intended to support informed decision-making.

Results should always be considered alongside other relevant information and professional judgement.

Kaleidoprax does not guarantee employment, promotion, academic success or business outcomes based solely on assessment or learning results.

Availability of Services

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to our Platform.

However, services may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, security updates or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform where necessary to maintain service quality, security or compliance.

Client Responsibilities

Client organisations are responsible for ensuring that access to reports and confidential information is limited to authorised personnel.

Where reports or data are downloaded from the Platform, responsibility for protecting that information transfers to the client organisation.

Limitation of Liability

While Kaleidoprax takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy, reliability and security of its Platform and services, the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaleidoprax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that users may have under South African law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in legislation, technology, our services or business practices.

The latest version will always be published on our website together with the effective date.
